• Frame: Hand-woven sun lounger made of dyed synthetic rattan (polyethylene) with a sturdy aluminum frame.
• Upholstery: As standard, upholstery made of cold foam, polyether and synthetic fibers with 100% polyester cover in off-white is supplied.
• Weather-resistant options: Covers are also available in more durable fabrics that can withstand sun, wind and moisture, making them more durable.

Care instructions:

• Cleaning: Clean the all-weather mesh with water and a soft brush. Do not use high-pressure cleaners.
• Care: Use “Plastic rattan conditioner” to effectively clean and care for the furniture.
• Textile protection: Treat the textile before use and regularly afterwards with a textile impregnation to protect it from stains and dirt. We recommend our “Textile Clean & Protect”.
• Protective covers: We recommend using breathable polyurethane protective covers during the outdoor season to protect the furniture from rain and dirt. Note that these covers are temporary and are not a substitute for winter storage.
• Winter storage: Store the furniture in a protected place during the winter. Avoid damp conditions to prevent possible damage.

Artwood is a furniture wholesale company founded in 1969 by childhood friends Ingemar Johanson and Lars Eliasson. The company's origins lie in a barn in Härryda, outside Gothenburg, where Johanson and Eliasson shared their passion for furniture trading. With experience in the furniture trade and a focus on Eastern Europe, they began their business, which later included trading with Asia in the late 1970s.

In 1976, new manufacturing facilities were built in Skene, where Artwood is now located. After Lars Eliasson sold his share in the company to Ingemar Johanson in 1981, Johanson ran the company as a family business until his retirement in 2001. Management of the company then passed to Ingemar's daughter Anna-Carin Bengtsson, who bought out the remaining family members in 2017.

Artwood's collection mainly includes its own design, which is produced worldwide. The range extends to furniture and furnishing details for the entire home, all in a timeless and classic design. The company emphasizes environmental awareness and ensures that production complies with various regulations.
