The Campos console table is a robust and rustic piece of furniture made of concrete. With Campos you can create a unique and personal style that brings the "rough" of a concrete table into your home.

Material: The piece of furniture is mainly made of natural materials such as granite powder, cement, natural jute fibers and water. The concrete is porous and is treated with wax after completion to provide active protection against stains. Color variations may occur. The concrete is poured by hand and the thickness may therefore vary slightly. Therefore, the height may be slightly different for the same piece of furniture.

Usage: The concrete furniture can be used outdoors in summer. Note that tables with a bowl-shaped surface must not be left with water on them or stored outdoors in winter.

Care instructions: Clean the furniture with a mild detergent and water. Do not use abrasive cleaners or cleaning products that contain bleach or ammonia. Do not use ordinary cleaning products (which are often made with citrus bases) as they may contain acid that can damage the concrete. Regular soft soap, green or yellow, is an excellent cleaner for concrete as the soap also greases the concrete.

Furniture should be waxed within the first two months of purchase and then every three to six months, depending on use and location. We recommend Leather Master's Spray Wax.

We recommend that our customers treat their table tops in this way regularly, as the surface treatment wears off over time. You should be especially careful with table tops when they are new, as they are still in the intensive hardening phase and the risk of stains is higher during this time. If the furniture is used outdoors, the surface layer is even more important, as moisture can penetrate the concrete. During the summer this is not a problem, but if the furniture is exposed to moisture combined with cold, cracks and flaking can occur in the concrete. These damages are not considered as claims! Therefore, it is important that the furniture is treated regularly to protect it.

For winter storage, it is important that the furniture is stored under cover and frost-proof.

Artwood is a furniture wholesale company founded in 1969 by childhood friends Ingemar Johanson and Lars Eliasson. The company's origins lie in a barn in Härryda, outside Gothenburg, where Johanson and Eliasson shared their passion for furniture trading. With experience in the furniture trade and a focus on Eastern Europe, they began their business, which later included trading with Asia in the late 1970s.

In 1976, new manufacturing facilities were built in Skene, where Artwood is now located. After Lars Eliasson sold his share in the company to Ingemar Johanson in 1981, Johanson ran the company as a family business until his retirement in 2001. Management of the company then passed to Ingemar's daughter Anna-Carin Bengtsson, who bought out the remaining family members in 2017.
