• Leather: Baldwin consists of Top Grain cowhide in Chocolate Brown, a semi-aniline leather. Each piece of leather goes through a 14-step tanning process, including sand polish and natural oils to achieve a luxurious finish. The leather is not varnished, but has only a thin layer of wax that protects against stains while still allowing the leather to breathe.
• Frame: The frame is made of solid wood, plywood, synthetic fibers and Nozag springsto ensure optimal comfort.
• Legs: The chair legs are made of black wood.

Baldwin is available in two versions: Mountain Black and Chocolate Brown.

Care instructions:

• Never use strong cleaning agents. Instead, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water or a special leather cleaner.
• Small scratch and wear and tear can often be removed by gently rubbing with a clean finger.
• Never expose the leather to direct sunlight and do not place the chair near heat sources.
• The leather should be cleaned and re-greased regularly to maintain its natural appearance. Clean it approx. 6-12 times a year with a Soft Cleaner and treat it 2-4 times a year with a Leather Protection Cream.

Artwood is a furniture wholesale company founded in 1969 by childhood friends Ingemar Johanson and Lars Eliasson. The company's origins lie in a barn in Härryda, outside Gothenburg, where Johanson and Eliasson shared their passion for furniture trading. With experience in the furniture trade and a focus on Eastern Europe, they began their business, which later included trading with Asia in the late 1970s.

In 1976, new manufacturing facilities were built in Skene, where Artwood is now located. After Lars Eliasson sold his share in the company to Ingemar Johanson in 1981, Johanson ran the company as a family business until his retirement in 2001. Management of the company then passed to Ingemar's daughter Anna-Carin Bengtsson, who bought out the remaining family members in 2017.
